Their recordings are absolutely brilliant. I've heard them on Youtube.I don't know if it's mentioned here before, But a YouTube channel, called Voices of Music ,recreates Several Classics..The USP is they play in The typical Chamber and using instruments of that age in which the symphony was written.. Hear moonlight Sonata and Air on G string, The timbre of pianos and strings are way different.. Canon in D major is something you should never miss in this channel.. sounds very authentic.. The idea is to recreate how would the actual symphony Would have been heard in that Era... Greatest quality recording I have ever listened to.. It is also available on Spotify
Anyone a subscriber of David Hurwitz youtube channel ?
I find him pretty accurate at times and very entertaining…..
Here’s a glimpse
Cant go wrong with Him.Just in...among many other...one might say I'm diving in blind.

Sharing my favourite Christmas records - also see the Jazz thread if interested
Deutsche Grammophon has opened up some of their Western Classical (video) recordings online for free (not sure for how long though)

Or by the way the current flavor of the season is the NOS AD1862 R-2R dac and I have built one last year
Pretty good being 20bit dac does max of 24bit 192khz max resolution but who cares
Detailed build thread for reference -DAC AD1862: Almost THT, I2S input, NOS, R-2R
I'm using 6n23p. I ordered from jlcpcb. Circuit and gerber files are from @gaszto. soonmo, nice work! is r3,r8 = 470k really needed, since you have the iv resistor installed?www.diyaudio.com
My build reference - https://www.hifivision.com/threads/diy-ad1862-nos-r-2r-dac.82857/
I was browsing this thread and came upon my one of my old comments. The surprising thing is I had commented only till the DG link. The text about the DAC - starting with "Or by the way..." is not mine. I have never built a DAC in my life.
Can the mods check why this is happening? Is this some technical error in the forum?
Thank you.Fixed. No idea how that may have happened.
