Which amp to buy from UK?

Hehe ... I am still trying to figure out how big is it. I know it is 20 odd kgs but business class will have enough weight allowance. But the volume is something I don't have a clue. Will it fit "easily" in a 21" suitcase?

weight is not a problem. ba's club world permits 3 bags of 23kg each.
height is the issue. i have the original carton, so you'll have to see if the suitcase will shut!

I heard that at Bangalore airport too, all baggage is nowadays scanned. Can anyone confirm?

yep. checked in baggage is scanned before it hits the conveyor belt. hand baggage is also scanned after immigration.
