Which digital cable to buy? ARC support on Sony

Hi,

I want to connect my TV's digital out to my AVR. Are there different types of cables out there? Which one should I buy to connect a Sony W800 to a Denon? I've also read that some televisions support Audio-Return-Channel which might mean that the optical cable is unnecessary. Does the Sony support ARC?

ARC HDMI port will be marked clearly. Just check your hdmi ports. If you have arc hdmi port then buy a high speed hdmi cable. Belkin Cable High Speed HDMI M/M Ethernet 2m Black Gold | eBay
