Yamaha Rx V373 + Boston Acoustics 5.1

I want to buy BA XS 5.1 from Hifimart.com and website also recommends Marantz 1402. BA XS 5.1 can handle upto 100 Watts of power with 8 ohm as impedance but Marantz 1402 can deliver only 50 watts per channel and has no USB port so I like to buy Yamaha RX V373. but this time I have seen that Yamaha can deliver upto 135W per channel (which can damage speakers ) and with 6 ohm impedance.

Please let me know how I have to compare impedance of AVR with 5.1 Speakers and also comparing Wattage of 1-channel with 2-Channel driven

Always check the power rating if its all channel driven OR 2 ch.Secondly is it 20h-20khz OR only 1kh. Marantz can give a better power output in given rating.Yamaha can give pick power & actual power may be less than said.

Also what is the best price for Yamaha Rx V373 receiver?

alfa shop in mumbai should offer price lower than 24000. It can also be as low as 18000 which i read in some thread here. At another shop in Bandra the guy offered me 22500 of which i dont have details ryt now and i will post. For Rx V 373 i wud say try avenue sound mumbai. how much price otherwise are you paying for 373 ? I think 18500 for V 371 is a good deal given there is not much difference between V 371 and V 373
