my earpads are also getting torn now.
I sent a mail to Sennheiser about this and he said

Dear Naimesh,

Greetings from Sennheiser India!!
E-bay is not authorized by us to sell Sennheiser product in India.
As per our warranty policy, wear & tear conditions is not covered under warranty.
PX-100 earpads are available at our Mumbai service centre and price is Rs 350/-

However Nindo was able to get replaced his earpads, My problem is there is no service centre in my state..

Anyone is living elsewhere than metros may have this problem...Be ready to spend 350 more for earpads..

officially yes, they will send you a similar reply. but if you go there personally and show them the box/pack and the bill from the seller they will replace it for free. if coming to mumbai all the way is not feasible send them back to the seller and he will change it for free.

I don't have those and never owned them.I had PX80 earlier.
