I listen to a lot of Indian music, mostly carnatic classical. Averaged out over a year, I go to at least two concerts a week --- but I prefer to listen to that music live, and seldom play it in the house.

One good singer with some awesome songs. I love this song. My fav are carry you home and 1973
One of the best singer-songwriter-guitarists of the 80s and 90s, this selection has most of his notable hits like The Road To Hell, Josephine, Let's Dance, Auberge, On The Beach and then some more.

If you like the sound of it... highly recommend checking out a few of his albums or at least starting out with his compilation albums.
Meatloaf's Hang Cool Teddy Bear. Like a Rose with Actor Jack Black is an irreverently nice song. The only near-ballad Let's Be In Love featuring Patti Russo is also listenable, though it often threatens to degrade into a carnal fest. It also features too many big names (Steve Vai, Brian May of Queen fame, Jon Bon Jovi, etc). I wonder why so many 'crutches' should be needed? I miss his Jim Steinman days.

some really nice songs. i remember listening to this in my car stereo when i was younger on tape
