I have got the quote for the installation as below

8 feet 6 feet logic/ liberty instalock screen- Rs 5700/-
15 meter HDMI cable (yellow knife)- Rs 2500/-
15 meter power cable- Rs 1000/-
Wall mount-Rs 3300/- (looks expansive)
Stuff like casing for cables- Rs 700/-
Installaton- Rs 2000/-
Total in all- Rs 15000/-

I m not sure whether it is OK or need to look for some other optons

Please make sure that HDMI cable is good quality.You need 22awg cable for smooth video signal.Which is the color of PJ screen? White, White mat or Grey?

Need to check the quality of the cable but will ensure it is good as per ur suggestion. The screen is white in color.

How much maximum watts consume by ACER H5380BD projector?
is it possible trip Microtek 800VA if power gone ? while connecting with ACER H5380BD projector only?

Has any one ordered sainsonic 3D glasses which work with H5370BD to India from their website? They are charging about 13$ for shipping which is fine but I don't see any customs levied. Would this be a problem?

Many of the forum members told it is better to use 1Kva Ups with the acer projector to be on the safer side...

Did amazon.com remove the free shipping option to India???

Only yesterday, I ordered 3d glasses from sainsonic.com for about 20 $ with 3.8 $ shipping charges. In total about 24$ for one set of glasses. See the link below

No please. I tried APC 800VA and it didnt work. Now replaced it with a digital 1KVA one and its working fine. Dont take a chance with yout PJ

thanks for the update guys. Madurai, who collects the customs duty? In the saisonic item I don't see any extra item as customs. Is it a hassle to pay the customs ourselves?

I am not sure why, but mine was APC 800VA BE800 UPS, which was unable to handle just the PJ alone.

Itsme is not wrong because he is not guessing or calculating but has experienced that thing. His experience is different than yours.

Arindam, have you tried the thing during power cut or deliberately switched off the UPS main supply? Many have claimed that it runs properly when there is power but shuts down abruptly during power cut.

Can you please confirm this part?
