@OP: If I understand you correctly, you want to have casual movies/music experience at home, without doing much modification in your room. Well for that, I would suggest you go with a Marantz 5013 Avr + jamo s35 hcs 5.0 speaker + 10/12" sub. Reason for these items:
1. Marantz 5013 Avr : It have pre-outs for all 7 channels, so, you can add external amplification in the future if required.
2. Jamo S35 5.0: They are a pretty small, still powerful speaker and they can easily mount on walls or placed on desks. I am using them and found that they will be pretty suitable for your scenarios. Keep in mind, they are not the best sounding speaker for their cost, and compromises are made to get them that small design.
3. Sub: Those Jamo speakers lack base, so, a sub is a must with them.

Denon-1600h is good choice, it’s 7.2 AVR. Polk TL-1600 5.1 + RC60i (pair) should suffice.... that will cover all 7 channel with 1 subwoofer not sure the need for OWM3? What’s the price he is quoting for each equipment?

Very good price on Denon 1600 AVR, thats the lowest i have heard on this model. Rest all are 1-2k plus from online price. Total - 1.21lac for the equipments. Around 39K for other accessories/installs which you have mentioned, it all depends on the various material (quality / Brand) of products which the dealer will be using. Will leave it to other FM to share their opinion who have built/installed their setup.

That's too high for x1600 you should be able to get x2600h for say 5k more which would be better

The denon X1600h can be had for about 48k and the x2600h for about 55k. You are getting charged about 39-40k for installation which I dont think is right. Motorized screen should be about 14-15k and rest of the charges should not exceed 10k unless you are getting some top brands for power/hdmi/speaker cable. Also TL-1600 can be had for about 37-38k , have seen these prices listed directly so further negotiations should be possible

i still don't get the requirement for this one? as your AVR is 7.2 your already covered with Polk TL-1600 & RC60i speakers.

Well, although it's your decision to take, but 5k is not at all justified for HT installation, provided you are buying items worth 1.5L. I got a quote of 1k when I asked around a little with local audio technician for my 5.1.4 atmos setup installation. Try to negotiate with him and ask for free installation. I think he can do that atleast, and you can spend that money in buying something better or just save it.

My friend recently installed a 7.1.2 setup and we used finolex 2.5 sq mm speaker cable which is 12 gauge for rs 3800 (100 mtr). The results were quite good. You can even go for 1.5 sq mm which is 2400 only.

You can save min 6k on speaker cable alone and add that money to get a better avr 2600.

Regarding omw3 a fellow member was selling two pair on very reasonable prices, you can check that.
