It may be because the inbuilt rechargeable battery has conked off! Try connecting it to a micro USB charger - the glasses and while connected to the charger try using it. I am in the same boat

My glasses are button battery operated so there is no micro USB slot

I recently got a 120" motorised screen for my acer and it now looks better.I will share a youtube video shortly. The brand is winger and cost is 20k.
I'm finding a issue the video size on screen automatically keeps readjusting itself every now and then.I'm not sure why this happens ? any option to be set in projector ?
I doubt one option like hdmi scan -> overscan , underscan etc ... but I'm not sure what is that option.

Need your expert advice
I bought the acer 5380 few months back and have enjoyed it a lot..superb picture quality..used for about 240 hours till now...since last week i am getting a weird issue..
in between the movie i get a screen saying signal processing and in a blink the movie resumes fine...about it keeps on coming randomly...its very annoying just like a dvd which keeps on pausing ruining all the fun...
I already checked all the HDMI cables...replugged them again to be sure its not a loose connection issue...not able to find the root cause.
Has anybody faced such issue and found a resolution?
Or any suggestion what i must check to rectify it

It is a common issue hdmi handshaking problem. It will happen in any projector in fact. Don't worry you will be getting used to it.It is only for split seconds right. It is like ,in live matches we get video disrupted in tv channels due to signal problems.Everyone is facing the same issue.

Got my Acer H5380BD (36K) bought and shipped from NewEgg yesterday evening. Bought the projector on 22nd Sept and it reached me exactly after one week. Nice!!
Also bought the APC 1100VA UPS from ebay for 5.2K.
As soon as i reached home, connected the PJ to the Pana bdp220 and played the Cars bluray and projected on the wall (color : light green). Wow!!! mind blowing .. :yahoo: What a superb image.. My jaw dropped..literally..hahaha
Thanks for the gurus and dear members who dig out this beauty and also for sharing tons of infos in this thread..:clapping:

Shipped by NewEgg itself. They have started shipping to india including taxes and handling charges. Also they now accept the indian credit cards.
There was a coupon on NewEggg for $30 off from the $420. i think it was still 24th Sept. i bought it with this coupon.

In todays IT/BPO world, am sure its not difficult to find some one travelling to US. But remember that it wont come with warranty. I buy most of my electronics from US praying to god it works for few years at least.
Last week during my trip to Manali my Panasonic SD600K camcorder had an issue and Panasonic does not officially sell camcorders in India..
Will try my luck with their MG Road service center..but they clearly told that any serious issues..nothing they can do since they have no spares.....hence while its good to have some one get stuff from US....always risk:sad:
Lets hope in 5 years time, with competition between Amazon and its Indian competitors we too will have the range of devices available abroad at reasonable prices here itself.

I brought an xbox 360 - kinect, an asus transformer book and a chromecast, when I visited US last month. Till now, its working fine without any issues. But always, its a risk and we will be in trouble if something malfunctions. (Transformer book has an international warranty it seems )
