ACT Broadband 10 Mbps !! Does it really WORK???

I think its always good to go for a reputed ISP because they should have their dedicated gateway and share of bandwidth at a satellite level. Other small vendors buy a pie from those big players and share the data among subscribers with cheap schemes using attractive claims which you will never get or hardly get. Subscribers will then do 'maara-maari' on the limited data... lets plesae keep the age old intelligence "good things never come cheap!"
