well lets use an Analogy.

Can a Maruti Alto tow a mini van.
Yes it can.

However it do it properly . NO ... it would tow it but with a lot of strain
same way can a 35watt solid state amp power a paradigm m7. Yes it can . Can it do it properly . the Answer is a definite no.

Speakers in the 91 - 94db are pretty sensitive and don't need a lot of power to open up. but considering they are mini floorstanders 70 wpc should be a starting point.
