I am planning to buy following combo
1)Polk Audio PSW110 powered sub
2)Polk Audio Tsi 200 bookshelf speakers
I need to buy suitable Amp for this combo. Now I am totally confused about Amp/Pre Amp/Bi amp/AV receiver as I am new to this Audiophile world
Currently I have 2 options
1)buy new Marantz PM 5004 for 17k
2)buy used Marantz PM7000 for 12k (1o years old)
I am going to use them with my PC. I also have Asus Xonar DX sound card.
Will I be able to pair my intended system to these Amps ? I read somewhere these are stereo amp so you cannot connect sub to these Amps
Also is PM 7000 good deal ? Any other VFM options ?
