HTPC builders go through many discussions, and select components .
Due to hassle of understanding details many dont enter in to building.
After all not all has time to read so much and roam in market for components.
How will it be if you can sit at home and HTPC gets delivered with end-to-end components , wait .. i am not in the spend all and get it fast league.
Got some idea, as a HTPC noob i may be wrong.
Seems this tiny bare-bone PC(link below ) will be a good candidate for slim HTPC just 119USD with case +cpu +mobo + GFX card .
Add a piece of RAM (takes till 8GB ) and an old HDD and we are done .

Runs Win7 Ultimate just fine, driving my 1080p TV using Win7 Media Center. Amazing design to pack this much power into so little space.
