Yes. Borderlinx is Citibank service and they accept only citibank card for payments. It is bit expensive but the service is very reliable. They ship through DHL Express and it is fast. From my experience, Borderlinx customer care is one of the best.

The delay may be because Saturday / Sunday falling in between. Hopefully, it should be dispatched today (tonight for us).

If not, mail them tomorrow morning.

I called CC today. They said it will be delivered in 48 Hours and Shipping charges will be 820 Rs as it is weighing 1.16lbs plus Customs if there is any.
For the same shipment, amazon calculated 36USD (1656INR @46) to ship to India.

Had ordered a logitech harmony 700 from US and received today. The cost of the remote was 109 USD and I was charged 1456 rupees as custom additionally. Seems a bit on the higher side. Not sure if they are going to charge me separately for the shipping or this is all inclusive. Bill says this is only custom but the delivery guy did not take any other charges. I was not present at the time of delivery hence did not get the chance to ask him.
