Folks
Yes, Suri did indeed call me up. I believe that the only thing left to do is to pick a place for all of you folks to have lunch. I can suggest a wonderful place in Fraser town (primarily non-veg but has veg dishes too), its called Ritchies and is on MM Road. I would recommend the mutton biryani there as the speciality and the chicken kabobs. Its also about a km from this place to ARN temporary showroom. We are on 1/1 Promenade Road (last house on the right in front of the railway tracks), ground floor. Santosh hospital is the most prominent landmark on Promenade Road. In Fraser town, most people will know Santosh hospital, please ask for directions.
I have another engagement in the opposite side of town till afternoon which I cant get out of, which is why I can only probably do this at 4 pm. If we can do this earlier (say 3 or 3.30), I will give a call and let Suri know. Two good reference quality amps that we had are now sold and the customers are taking delivery tomorrow morning. This leaves only two SS amps with us right now, the Usher R1.5 amp and the Operetta. Both are decent performers but not at the league of the Symphonic Line RG-7 (which one lucky forum member now owns

). I would encourage all to hear what reference amps like an RG-7 are capable of
The Speakers on display will be the
Usher S520
Usher Be-718
Usher Mini-Dancer 1 (if desired)
Emerald Physics CS3 or CS2.3 (not sure as of now)
Ayon CD-1s - CDP
Shindo Aurigies-L, Leben RS-100 - preamps
Tube amps Leben CS-600
Obviously listening to all this will not be possible, we can pick 3 different speakers and a few tracks each. Suri, it would be nice if you can SMS me the number of people who are expected on Sun.
There is a small chance that I may be stuck at my prior engagement for much longer than expected. If, in the case it happens, while I will let Suri know beforehand, my apologies to forum members in advance, but the Sun demo may be off.
Hopefully I will see many of you there
cheers
Sridhar
