Congrats esobaki..enjoy the htpc..
In my opinion HTPC is nice for downloaded / ripped content playback as compared to media player and even for music.
However since my HTPC build completion over the last couple of days, I have the belief that if you have a BD playback requirement (like mine) then it is not at all satisfactory with players like PDVD 11 or TMT 5 if you have seen the smoothness in playback handled by systems earlier like a PS3 and if you have expectations to listen to HD Audio (only TMT5 seems to support but its playback is full of motion judder and very limited on video tweaking). Much awaited XBMC 11 lacks HD audio support.
HTPC for serious movie fans on dedicated HT systems and big screen is still a dream. Present generation Home Made HTPCs are limited by the software of this time when it somes to dedicated BD players at same price. Sorry guys my utter frustration. Will post this in a new thread soon.

Congratulations. How is the picture quality on HDMI? The PQ is bad on my TV when connected through HDMI. But it is excellent when VGA is used. A google search suggests that it is a problem with the TV.

Well I beg to differ completely. Not sure what made you reach the conclusion about motion judder. For me TMT5 just plays the BD absolutely fine with no judder or any anomaly what so ever from within XBMC itself. Infact my POHD used to give me jagged corner images while playing full BD ISOs. Plus it never used to play it properly on Gbit lan (stuttering problem). My HTPC with TMT5 just plays it fines under all circumstances, with full HD Audio, and I have shown that in my HTPC thread as well. (I have updated the steps as well, incase any one wanna check that).
Its just a matter of setting it correctly. True. out of the box BD playback experience is something that a user still needs to wait. XBMC 11 eden is still in beta too early to comment. Once it out with full version I am sure the HD Audio issue will be sorted out.
What is your output device, Projector or TV. Problem is that unlike XBMC, TMT5 does not automatically adjust the screen refresh rate depending upon content frame rate. you have to do it manually from control panel on HTPC.
Stuttering problem is not because of constricted bandwidth, since I face this issue when trying to play normal BDs from the BD drive of the HTPC, conected via SATA cable to mobo. However XBMC has this problem to a minimum, I will post some results soon.
Moreover TMT5 is not able to output HD audio from rips having HD audio.

Assembling the machine was tough coz this was the first time I was doing it and it took me about 2 hrs
. The cabinet is small I mean really small; way too smaller than what it looks in pics.
Then connected machine through HDMI cable to my Samsung LED TV.
I had pen drive ready with Windows 7 setup, somehow windows setup didn't worked with USB3 port so installed it by USB2. Installation was peaceful no issues :clapping:;followed by XBMC 10.1, Ember media manager, Antivirus and JDownloader.
I had external hard drive ready with movies and stuff to copy it in HTPC. It took some time get all that stuff copied.
Then ran XBMC; running through menus was smooth no issues; then loaded all the movies in XBMC.
After that I started playing movies; playback for all movies was super smooth; but when I ran 16 gig HD movie it was all jaggy. then played through some settings in XBMC and then enabled hardware acceleration after that Voila!!! That file ran smoothly with absolutely no issues. :yahoo:
I have also bought Amkette wireless keyboard (shown in pics above) to work with HTPC as I am not comfortable working with handheld smaller keyboards and guess what it works with my Mac too; and I am using this amazing XBMC android remote with XBMC too.

@baijuxavior I didn't faced any issues with picture quality or audio with HDMI.
