Friend, Please do not buy it from Ebay. I have had horror stories in terms of reliability for those items from Ebay. The last one was unexcusable. I bought a Canon 600D from ebay and was promised some gifts during Diwali. ITs been more than 2 months and no sighting of gifts. Just before that, I bought a Samsung Galaxy worth 19k, instead of Flipkart which was offering few hundreds cheaper I went for ebay.in hoping that, the gift (External HDD) costs included, I get a better deal. But, after 3 months+ no idea what happened to the gift. Then when I called Ebay, I realised, their Customer service one of the worst. No way to track/contact/complain/escalate. I ended up loosing almost 10k because of this. Ebay sellers are not monitored properly and since ebay is having to compete with flipkart, letsbuy, indiatimes, and few others. So they come up with these offers and they are not honouring. This basically shows their poor ethics. I would rather go to flipkart, even if it is few hundred more and I ASSURE I am not a flipkart guy. I am in Oman, Muscat right now, and 10/10 flipkart delivered on time. And you know, flipkart is making losses, still on target on deliveries. Prices are also competitive if not more.
Or best, to get from amazon, as they deliver to India for free. But you need step down transformer, which is not a bad idea. Buy (or get it made in India, which is easy, cheap) a 1500watt step down and you can buy multiple items and connect. or, Buy it from UK, like superfi.co.uk or 7oaks, as they offer 230v, but prices are a bit costlier than USD.
