clear home-system for the bed room

Hi all, am looking for decent home theater system for my bed room, which supports DTS. 5.1. etc...etc, my room size is around 12X15, thus don't want to bang out my ears with a very powerful one. Budget s within 40K.
am presently using bose-am6 with onkyo at living.

Pioneer VSX-521/Marantz NR-1501/Denon 1312 with Boston Acoustics Soundware xs 5.1. All of them could exceed your budget a little. Look for good bargains.

In Mumbai BA Soundware is available for Rs.18000 without bill and warranty. Pioneer VSX-521 is available for around Rs.16000/- without bill and warranty.

Marantz + BA combo(with bill and warranty) will be very good for around Rs.46000/-

If you dont mind HTiB, look at

1) Yamaha YHT-296 (around 35000)
2) Onkyo HT-S3500 (around 27000)
3) Denon 1312-xp (around 34000)
4) Pioneer HTP-071 (around 28000)
