Confused about wireless home theater set up

I am a noob and a bit confused on what to purchase to set up these requirements below.

Wireless System (No provisions for wires as the wiring wasn't done while making my home)
Require it to access my PC/Laptop music
Require it to connect my phone music
Require it to connect my Sony EX 520 television for 1080p content
Need a 5.1 Home theater system


Additional questions are
Can i stream movies from my laptop to my sony tv?

My budgets is below $500 for the entire set up. I can push it a bit if the entire set up suits my requirement. If any suggestions doesnt exactly fulfill the entire requirements above are also fine as long as most of the points above are taken care of. thanks

$500 is too low for a Wireless 5.1 system. For the player part, buy any good wifi media player like himedia, which has DLNA. You can stream music/movies from your laptop and phone using wifi. These players will cost you appx. 10K. Or you can assemble an HTPC.
