Hi friends,

I am planning to buy 40' smart 3d led tv this week.

I have visited shop and did some research on sony 40HX 750 and samsung 40Es6200 models.

Still I am not able to fix in my mind.

Please any one suggest sony 40HX 750 / samsung 40Es6200 or any other brand also fine.
But do if any one have more info on the ame please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

I will go for HX750.. but you may please demo yourself.. if you want to view lot of 3D content, then LM6700 from LG is also a good option.. but frankly speaking, 3D content looks better in bigger screens.. ma y be 46/47 or better still a 50/55 inch minimum..

Both the models you have seen are active 3D TV. Before making any final decision I suggest you to have a look on Passive 3D sets too like LG or Toshiba. Most of consumers are preferring passive 3D tv over active because of cost effective 3D glasses and flicker free 3D picture quality.

Manufacturers who offer best pic quality always use active 3d technology in their systems-Panasonic Plasma/Sony LED/Samsung LED.

Sony in 2013 has gone the passive route. All 2013 Bravia 3D tvs use passive 3D tech except the flagship w900a. :D

Hi Hemanth,
I have recently purchased the Sony 55 HX 750 and am really happy with it.I bought it at the Sony shop on Road No 12,Banjara Hills.
I did demo the Samsung models also, but all things considered, I went for the Sony. That would be my recommendation.Cheers,
Sanjay
