Damaged the cover for one of the speakers of my HTIB

Yesterday accidentally one of the speakers of my Onkyo 3500 fell down and the gauze to cover the speaker got torn slightly. Will this effect the sound quality? Can this be repaired?

It will not affect sound quality if the damage is done only to the cover. It does not need repair for audio point of view. Aesthetically, it will need some repair if you are particular about it.

Check the sound, external damage shud not effect sound.
