Denon1312xp or Yamaha yht 298

Hello expert friends
Last few months I am reading posts on selecting good HTIB.
I shortlisted following 2;
DENON 1312xp - 32k
Yamaha YHT 298 -33k

Even there is Onkyo s3400 with free blackberry at reliance digital.
But I am not interested after reading & listening Onkyo

After listening Denon I like it.
But Yamaha sales person is not interested to sell Yamaha I think, even speaker not adjusted ( not proper demo room), Not calibrated, sitting wasn't proper. But still I think that will be good when proper set up is done.

Also my concern is my sony ex400 lcd don't have HDMI arc & optical out.
So I have to depend on HDMI in & RCA ( i think so) for audio-video connections.

I was also looking for demo Onkyo s3500 but don't find it anywhere .

My budget is MAX 35k.
My living room size is 10 x 16 , rectangular shape

I need expert advice to select between these 2.
I am planning HTIB for this christmas.

Hope you guys guide me in proper dierection.
