Hello i'm new to this forum and audio speakers design and what exactly should i look for ....
so idea is to have solid peas sound box ... with high quality sound and being able to produce good bass.
1. will begin with drivers .....
i'm not sure why can't i use some off car audio speakers. in particular what is that distinction in specks that i should look for if i'm interesting in loud surround sound.
Ex.
set 1 using car audio components.

(not sure if this is to loud for this configuration or not)
layout was planned to be in this form , i'm hoping to stay with in 7 inches oh hight with and depth is not that important at the moment ....
so final project fill be just plug and play ....
i'm not sure what's kind of amplifiers i will be using but from my understanding of electronics , type A for high and mid range and then type D or S for Low range signals ....
i was thinking about to design amplifier with active filters at the end so that i would have 5 ports each for separate driver.
but at this stage this is only ideas .... i need to first figure out what drivers i'm need before calculating power consumption ...
and at the end it will have micro-controller inside for receiving audio signal over WiFi or Bluetooth ... this is still row idea ...
so i hope some one can educate me in speakers design approach and what's important aspects ... i'm electrical engineering student . so i have some understanding about frequency ranges and dB power ... so from my understanding wider range better sound at the end and bigger sensitivity louder it can play .... and that's about it.
