Took me nearly 3 weeks of binge watching, but finally caught up with 24, the TV movie 24, and the mini series 24: Live Another Day.
One of the best TV shows ever, the character of Jack Bauer is unlike any TV hero... just not a titular character or even a regular action hero. Apart from the excellent performance of Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer, the show itself has a concept that's never been done before, each episode focuses on 1 hour in real time... so a total of 24 episodes for each season total a 24 hour period in which the events take place. Hard to explain... but watch it and you'll get the concept right off the bat.
Apart from performances the action is fast and unrelenting and then there are some sudden twists in the plot that you will not see coming... will totally throw you off. Lots of fun... and then once done you'll probably want to go back and watch it again... or at least rank and re-watch the best seasons again.
This is highly recommended as one of those TV shows everybody must watch.

Haven't seen all but have seen Black Mirror (brilliant) and Bloodline (excellent too, especially the performances). Going to try the others.

Finally after months of resistance to avoid a super hero series, literally plunged into Jessica Johns. Man its gripping like anything... S1E12 now and still keeping me in edge of eagerness. A real good one, for those who are yet to test it (I think I am the last one in this group to meet JJ

Thanks nipunkx, since Dark Matter SE02 also came out I was waiting for it to complete as well, and now that it has (well almost its 9 eps down the line), I started DM from season 1 (I saw it a year back, so had almost completely forgotten it), but it was good so thought to re watch it again to continue to SE02 of the same.
Will finish it in a week or so and then will start "The night of" .... I am really looking forward to this TV series. Thanks for letting me know it finished ..

Need to ask .... I watch Big Bang Theory on tataskyHD on zee cafe, and prior to that I get ads for Gotham and everytime I see it intrigues me, so finally decided to ask here, How is Gotham? has anyone seen it, is it worth, gripping ???? need some advice ..

For me its very good. It focusses more on Gordon and the villains, and Batman is still a boy... but its dark and gritty entertainment. Robin Taylor as the Penguin steals the show many a time, and then Jada Pinkett Smith as Fish Mooney was amazing... and the darker turn of Erin Richards... all seriously good fun coming from the perspective of the bad guys/girls in Gotham.
And of course season 2 onwards there is the beautiful Morena Baccarin.

Dark and Gritty .... looks my kinda TV series ..... its on India Netflix as well, so will give it a shot ...
I'm like you... I pool up all the episodes and watch. Like others on this forum... at home the wife keeps saying watch The Night Of, Preacher, etc. but I've chosen to wait till all the episodes in the season are done and only then start.
But there are 4 serials I watch immediately... The Blacklist for the fab James Spader, Lucifer for the wonderful Tom Ellis, Gotham, and The Walking Dead. These 4 (and for different reasons) I cannot wait... have to watch as soon as they air... sometimes I'll even watch on the actual US Network website or Hulu... or of course Kodi/Roku streaming.

Thanks for the list. I am yet to catch You're The Worst, Rectify, Outlander and Master of None.
If you've not watched The Americans, bump it up right to the top. Call in sick, send your wife and kids on a holiday, buy a week's supply of popcorn (or whatever your preferred poison is), lock the doors & windows, and watch this right away.
Finished Narcos as an everlasting fan of Wagner Moura, what a show.. Back to mr Robot and the cliffhanger in episode 10 has left me numbed.. 2016 is rocking with glowing miniseries' and epic season 2's so far.. Woot

Narcos Season 2, what an epic journey. Wagner Maura as Pablo Escobar shines through out the show, just wondering what is in store for Season 3.
