Anyone has any idea regarding this.

This guy is in Bangalore. He is ready to arrange for a demo. Any one here in bangalore bought this or had a demo before?

Price looks reasonable and this has got good reviews. Amazon has this product with name Logic3 TX101 SoundStage speaker. Reviews are very good.

I am confused  whether to go for this or go for Onkyo 3400

well its not that bad.
as it is having optical/coax input and as per specs it can decode DD or dts.

but remeber no hdmi in this device.
and soundbars are no match for a avr and separate 6 spekers..
but if you are completly confident that you will only connect from stb optical and from DVD player optical output.....so its a good device for you.

it would be easy to suggest if you share ur present and future multimedia planning...

imo if you do have the budget dont go for soundbars..always a avr and separate 6 speakers...

Eventhough I have an AVR, I'm inclined towards sound bars or a 2.1 speaker system for TV. AVR is power hungry and for most TV channels like news channels, there is not much gain in audio quality using AVR. A sound bar looks more aesthetic when used with a wall mount flat panel display.

There is an F&D model with 2 HDMI inputs and wireless sub woofer. F&D T780W TV SOUND BAR SYSTEM + ONSITE WARRANTY +7500 WATT SOUND | eBay

Question is you want to listen to music also in good quality or its only for movies. If also music, then soundbar is eliminated right away. If only movies, then soundbar is OK, but only the high priced ones put out good surround sounds. Ultimately a question of need, budget & space...

I am planning on using an old pc for movies, emulated games connected to my tv but thats it as far as multimedia goes. My budget is quite limited. I was planning on 5-6k max but there seem to be no options in that and so increased to around 10k.

I will be using for movies and some video games - no music.
I was initially looking at Sony D9 or similar systems but the subwoofer is just too big to fit. :(
The harmony seems to be cheapest of all the soundbars available and also it has decent reviews on the net.

I considered the F&D but there is no space for the subwoofer :(
