Help needed for checking the usage hours

Bought panasonic P42U30S. How to check the usage hours.

I don't think there is any method to check usage hours.

There is method mention in same forum for X30. The same should work for U30 also

I have tried it.In that "press the volume - on tv" then press info button 3 times.But there is no volume button on Tv. only channel up & down buttons are there.

when system is on, Press channel Down Button from TV and info button from remote 3 times.

Even I struggle a lot to get this. I thought that we have to use it in standby mode but it works while watching any channel
