I have some old sony speakers that I have got with MHC RV 2. They are 6 ohm speakers, yet to know their power rating. trying to pair them as sorrounds.

Good show. I would suggest trying to place the large sub-woofer below the stair case. Low bass frequencies are not directional and hence a s/w can be placed anywhere. Give it a try.

I would recommend adding a center channel speaker asap so that you get the dialogues truly from the center.

I got the JBL 250 sub not knowingly it has got wireless option. I am not sure if the quality of the sub when on wireless, but technically speaking it should not be diff either you are on wireless or wired. all that matters is the interference.

Great looking setup but for me the most appealing is the beautiful flooring!
It's a fantastic room - maybe adding furniture/carpets would help later.

All in due course of course. Congratulations!

Well, I believe flooring is one thing which is a hindrance. Need to use a thick carpet my friend. Or the floor would be tearing apart your sonic nirvana.

the hall dimensions are 30 x 18. so are you saying if there are no carpets used , there may be a problem ? I am still working on purchasing the carpets, infact I need 8 to 10 carpets for my entire triplex home.
Also recently I have screwed the spikes on the Avianos, but some how I was not comfortable by looking the avianos with spikes, feel like they don't stick to the floor.
