a passionate and usefull discussion goingon here. I have read all the talk of true HD and loseless sound. What I want to know is, where does Onkyo 5105 OR Yamaha 195 stand on these futureproofing based parameters.

I am undecided between these two at present, and am planning to buy one of the two in near future.

These receivers have 5.1ana input.So you can get Blrayp with onboard HD decoder & 5.1 ana out.
