To begin with, wouldn't a component 5.1 setup overwhelm the 15x10 living area? IMHO, you will be better off with a 3.1 setup (2 front, 1 center, 1 subwoofer). And with the budget of 100k, you can afford to get higher quality components for the setup.
If your music requirements are essentially old hindi music CDs, I am guessing they are not great recordings unless you have remastered versions. I speak from my own experience with most of my hindi classic (limited to 70s onwards with likes of Mukesh, Kishore Kumar, Lata etc) CDs show pretty poor recordings, especially on a detailed system. The top end is particularly revealing of poor recording.
So that rules out speakers from Paradigm stable with their aluminium tweeter.
Similarly Klipsch's speakers.
The Monitor Audio's Bronze series (BX5 and above) will be too loud for your room size so I would recommend ruling them out too.
Now ... what all speakers are available for your audition? I gather KEF, Polk and Mission are there. Anything else? Out of the above 3, I would rate KEF highest and would recommend Q300s with good stands rather than Q500. This is particularly as you will most likely have the subwoofer. Some people say Q300s are smaller Q700s so they may sound better than Q500s. When I say they sound better, note that I am not implying the "thump" but the musicality.
Other speakers to look out for will be Tannoy's Mercury V series, Energy's Connoisseur series, Mordaunt Short's Aviano series and Sonodyne (not sure of the specific range). These should allow you to buy 2 fronts plus a center. Squeezing in a subwoofer may be tight in 100k considering AVR will also come from the budget. So explore.
And which all AVRs are available for audition? Beside Denon. Denon are great! I have one

Is Marantz also available? How about the Onkyo and Yamaha AVRs?
And the auditioning has nothing to do with the "technicalities"

It is all about what sounds right to you. So don't get intimated with the idea of multiple auditions.
