Hi,

True that. I use opt out to AVR.

I haven't. I got the same 1+1yr warranty from the company but I didn't go for any additional warranty as LG was giving 2yr(extra) for around Rs.86,000 and Bajaj Allianz was offering it for 28,000. If there is some problem in the set, it will probably present itself in first 2 years only. So in my opinion extra warranty is just a cash grab opportunity for the companies.Guys,
Anyone here with a 55" Oled has increased their warranty? i got 1+1 year warranty & planning to increase it. We need to call the service center or the dealer for the info?
Cheers.

I believe we have the same TV 65B6. Was it working from the get go or did it need an update / tweak of any settings?
I struggled with it for a long time (customer care was of no help) before i moved on and used an Optical connection instead.
Worked from get go. My first connection to the AVR was ARC. And I always had 5.1. In fact, every time I do get 2.0, I am vigilant and make sure its from the source and not any of my components acting up. However, now I have an Oppo UDP-205, so most of my movie watching is on that. So have connected HDMI OUT directly to the TV and audio on the Oppo is connected to the AVR directly through HDMI OUT (Audio Only). The only thing now fed to the ARC connection through AVR is Tata Sky and I have seen no issues with 5.1 whenever available; e.g. Star Sports.
You may want to raise a stink and get that TV changed.
i have been doing usb updates since 1.5 years on my B6 & no issue. Read the GUIDE properly.Guys a little help. The current firmware on my B6T is 05.30.25. As I noticed on the LG India website, the current firmware is 05.30.50. Auto download does not seem to be able to trace this firmware. So, I tried to do this via USB flash drive. Created an LG_DTV folder and unzipped the firmware there. The B6T reads the USB but opens the option of Video, Audio and Photo. In short, unable to read the firmware. What could I be doing wrong?
