Nope I'm on a 55"! Installed it in the living room of the new house we are shifting to in about a week's time, so haven't really tested the TV yet.
Any suggestions for a decent wireless soundbar to go with? I was thinking about the Philips Fidelio, but decided to go for something less expensive.
Multiple technician visits and then a guy from Pune came over to check the problem. They offered me a C7 replacement (and it came home as well but I refused). They offered E7 if I paid extra thousands. Their offers were ridiculous.
on my B6 with the latest firmware, the youtube & netflix app got updated, any idea what are the changes? also when watching youtube on the tv,
is there a way we can see what resolution the videos are playing on?
Cheers.
On Youtube playback controls, there is a last button named more or more options, which would open a new set of buttons.
Click on the bug icon named stats.
Video resolution, Current playback resolution, current network bandwidth etc are shown as an overlay over the video.
has anyone tried the inbuilt media player? does it play all latest codecs you get 4k hdr torrent downloads in (h265, atmos etc)?
Guys, I just bought a C7 65-inches and it's being delivered and installed tomorrow (Oct 7th). I'd appreciate if you guys could tell me all the do's and don'ts from your experience of owning OLED TVs and also calibration for great picture quality and keeping this TV durable as it's quite an expensive TV. My last TV Samsung plasma f8500 broke down last year after 3 years of usage! Thanks
It's alright with HEVC but atmos is hit or miss, I had 2 movies to test, one 4k which didn't work and one 1080p that did work.has anyone tried the inbuilt media player? does it play all latest codecs you get 4k hdr torrent downloads in (h265, atmos etc)?

i have the prev samsung model e8000 so would love to hear your feedback after you use it for some time esp with regular content like dth, non-4k media etc
I love my b6. I got 800 hrs @ about 80% gaming (ps4pro) and 20% youtube. When I first got my b6 it exhibited banding, streaks, a couple stuck pixels and image retention, but all these cleared up as the tv stabilized with use. Also burn in is very real (I cannot emphasize this enough) AVOID NEWS CHANNELS. Especially cnn and msnbc as they are known to cause burn in (more appropriately called uneven wear/aging) from their persistent ui elements (logos, tickers, feeds etc). Bright fully saturated reds and yellows are main culprits. Also be aware that the most recent fw 5.30.02 added HLG compatability but also raised the black level (pixels no longer turn completly off when showing black).Guys, I just bought a C7 65-inches and it's being delivered and installed tomorrow (Oct 7th).
