Looking for a 5.1 HT in max 40K

Haven't really shortlisted any. Was browsing the web and found Pioneer RS 30(is it any good?)..would like to hear more suggestions.

I would be using 1 Blu Ray player, 1 PS3, 1 WDTV, 1 Tatasky HD

CAVEAT EMPTOR, I doubt if it has HDMI and HD audio decoding.
