No, it can't be Region A. Almost all the Bollywood Bluray produced in India are Region Free and even if they are sold in US/UK, those are the imported version from India only. Only few exceptions are there which were not released in India such as 'Mr. India', 'Black', 'Paheli'.
I am certain 'Veer Zaara' Bluray is Region Free.

Actually 'prepress' got confused with wrongful info about Veer-Zaara Bluray on Amazon India as it says disc is Region A/1.
Hence I posted the Bluray.com link. Amazon even has wrong info about aspect ratio!!

Yes, that was my concern. Even many others are listed as Region A e.g. Dhoom (YashRaj Films).

MZB - currently few Indian sites are catering to the online sales of Movies. Flipkart, Amazon-In, Snapdeal, Infibeam are the main ones. There are few more like Landmarkonthenet and Rhythmhouse. Currently there is no special offers like the ones from Snapdeal and Amazon which concluded last month (both gave 50% discount).
