Looks like a stand from Tono Systems. Available for Rs 12,500/- on ebay india

Hi .. thanx everybody.
paritosh .. I'm using Bandridge flat cables to connect speakers (biamping).
yes .. zoony ... The LCD Stand/AV rack is from Tono Systems model WS38.
Kittuji .... The default height of lower rack is 17 cm. But height of my AVR is 18.50 cm. So, I sliced the top rack back support and added this slice to the lower rack to get 23.50 cm height. Now the AVR have a breathing space at top. Here's the picture; (sorry picture is not good-taken from my iphone in florescent lighting)
