I am planning to order the pcb+kit from eBay. For the psu, I think I'll build a CRC psu with a bridge rectifier on a veroboard like this. I am planning to use 30000uf per rail.

I'll be getting two 195mm X 100mm X 32mm heatsinks. The TO-3 transistors will be mounted on a 3mm aluminium L shaped mounting plate.

I'm also planning to use a 18-0-18v toroidal transformer for this project.

If you can buy 3mm aluminum sheet then its easy to cut at aluminum window maker. Drilling is DIY. Anodizing can be queried at same window maker or uNits.
