I never thought visiting Pak an attractive preposition ( except wanted to see K2 ,but know it is not possible) ,,BUT NOW I HAVE STRONG URGE TO VISIT ISLAMABAD!!

those guys are way behind us so they dont know the worth
make the most of it while stocks last or before they wisen up.

see i ll tell you what happened
surprisingly undivided india was a maj mkt for european marques
after independence and partition many remained where they were for a long time
btw i was talking of vincent bikes and not vincent stuff ( hi fi)
about 25 yrs ago they were begiinning to dig these bikes in bulk and horad them or restore them for wealthy firangi buyers
india almost is empty as far as classic bikes are concerned but pak still has lots
btw do you have any?
i have a 1941 350cc matchless, a 1953 350 cc bsa and a NSU fox 1959 vintage. all awaiting final restoration. dont get time for that these days.

You honestly didn't believe I'd risk my life over Vincent hi-fi. did you?!:D BTW, you seem to have a wonderful collection of wheels in your garage. If the BSA you have is a goldie, I'd love to see it sometime! Would love more info/pics on them by PM if you have the time. The only set of wheels I have is an '85 Bullet Std. Never knew Pak had a good supply of these vintage gems, I'll keep it in mind...

I know someone who has 2. He was not willing to let go the last time I asked him. I'll try talking to him again and see how it goes...
