Need a DIY headphone amp low cost for use with regular earphones..

Requirement:

1. Should be able to power up with batteries / USB from the power bank.
2. Cost should not be above 2K.
3. Portable any DIY stuff also fine.
4. Easily available in Bangalore to avoid shipping and other transit issues..

DIY will be a better option if you want to keep costs down. Though they used to sell readymade on ebay US.
