Need help for buying home theatre

I am planning to buy a home theatre for my living room which is 325 sq feet. My budget is between 30,000 - 40,000 rupees. Please guide me what should i buy. I am confused between yamaha YHT-298, Denon DHT 1312 XP, Pioneer HTP-RS32 with tower speakers & Sony home theatre component HT-DDW5500.
I will mostly use the home theatre while watching tv HD channels on my sony 40" Full Hd Lcd tv.
I personally liked the looks of sony but the speakers are just too many, I have liked the pioneer Rs32 but am not sure of the quality. I think smaller speakers of dennon and yamaha would not suffice the size of my living room.

Please guide me for buying a home theatre.

get step by step...

first get a denon avr at 30k...
get a 10-15k pair of bookshelves...

get centre,sub,surround later while high in budget...



or get the denon 132xp .....hehe dont see sizes...and compare the denon with sony...
by thge way never buy a sony/lg/samsung home thetere....

always get deonon,yamaha,onkyo....pioneer is also good
