OLED TV's price/best quote thread

do the 2023 models not come with the standard 3 years warranty? I got a good deal on a C3 from a LG store but they are saying that they can only offer 1 year warranty and at max 3 years with the extended warranty package

How much r u getting the C3 for? and how much is the extended warranty for?

I read some doc (maybe attached in one of the previous posts) that they are giving 3 years warranty only on 2024 models.

its the G3 for 107K, I misquoted

yeah thats the issue, they are only giving 1 year base warranty and you can purchase extended warranty later on

but if the above t&c doc is correct, we wont get the panel covered under the base extended warranty, so its a moot point ig. I'm really tempted to just get the G3 and buy extended warranty for 3 years coverage and call it a day, hoping others could chime in as well

at the end, it boils down to this, 129k g3 55 3 years of warranty (after buying extended warranty) vs g4 55 130k (1 +2 years lg warranty, which I can extend evening further for a total of 5 years)

both tvs are literally on the same price, only difference being if the the above-mentioned lg t&c is enforced. the +2 year's of warranty for g4 will not cover panel issues

what would you all go with folks?

Could you please tell the name of the outlet and its location? It's impossible to get such prices outside metro cities in my opinion. Croma guys are not at all interested in selling anything let alone giving a good deal at my hometown.
Devi international, jayanagar ,near madhavan park

Ad in todays TOI - LG OLED 55 C4 @ 1.14lac already in reliance digital. Possibly hard bargain may shave few more thousands.
Based on what I've seen, even if they want to, they cannot go less than 1,12,800 as their app wouldn't even let them enter an amount less than that when they try to place the order. This is what they showed me directly when I told them that I would purchase the TV right away if they can go down to 1.10L. So they said instead they can give the difference as a discount on the extended warranty. Couple of executives from different RD told me the same, so I think it might be true?!

I was offered the C4 55" at 1.1L and C4 65" at 1.6L at Reliance Digital, Gurgaon last weekend. This open-to-public ad can definitely help negotiate the prices a lil further down.

last week is what I'm counting on. I'll start calling all outlets around 25-26th
You'll never get the best rates on call. Go there, make them feel you are going to purchase that very visit, and hard negotiate on the pricing. Only way to get the best deal.

Best deal = Take reference/cues from what other HF members have got so far, and bargain for even lower. Haha!

I had bought Sony Bravia 7 75inch for effectively less than 2.10 lac on Dushera and got it installed yesterday.

My first impression is reflection is really there on dark scenes. Any light source nearby will create reflection. It was ok in showroom but more in my home. One reason is its directly opposite to window.

I will share more opinion in next few days.
Does table top mount comes inside the box?

Sony team says, this year model does not come with stand by default and we need to choose during installation either wall mount or table top mount.

I know LG follows that, but even Sony follow the same is news for me :(

I do try to reference what other members have posted here but I always get told that its impossible when I do reference them even in person XD

Guys any idea what should be a good price for a 77 inch S90d or LG G4. I’m unable to find a good reference price for the 77 inch models.

Getting offered 2.4 for Bravia 7 75 inch
S90D 65 inch at 1.32. 77 inch at 3.72
G4 65 inch at 2.15. 77 inch at 4.17

Looking at the above I feel I should just opt for S90D at this price and postpose the size upgrade

Currently using Samsung Samsung Frame 2021 65 inch model.

Yes, you can choose either 1. Even wall mount is very basic. For swivel one they are asking 3200.
