OLED TV's price/best quote thread

I was also asked this question by the LG technician, and I opted for the wall mount. It's a nice bracket/mount - wherein while the G4 sits flush with the wall, it can be pulled good 2"-3" if required. Pretty happy with that.

Didn't check on the table stand, as was not keen on that.
is you wall mount kinda stiff too? I cant move it much without using some force, I had to push it back in to make it sit flush with the tv, but that thing just wouldnt move without me pushing on the screen to push it back, gave up on moving it at all

Yes, stiff indeed.. which in a way is a good thing I think. Seems like a strong, reliable wall mount.

The only one time I pulled it out to check the bracket's functionality, was a tad scared pushing it back in as it required force. Eventually, took the missus' help and both of us pushed back on the screen from the sides, providing a one hand support in the center. I don't think I will be meddling with it anytime in the future. 😇

heh same here, but did you manage to move it back without touching the screen? mine just wouldnt sit flush with the wall if I only pushed from the edges, I had to call in the installation guy, gave him some money and got him to look at it, and he just pushed on the screen to make it sit flush 🙃. The very thing I was hoping to avoid.

Where can I look for Sony A95L ,checking with Sony showrooms in Chennai they say this model has been stopped. What are the other alternatives in Sony for this model in 65’ series?

Does the price of tv’s gone up after Diwali . Quoted 2.4L for S95D ,without any card discount in Croma , going through this thread I can see some brought the same for 1.56l shocking!!! Did any of you guys still getting the same old price of 1.56L ?

Bravia 8 OLED but I don't recommend it as it lacks a dedicated XR processor. You are better off with a 1.LG OLED or 2.Samsung

Diwali period is when the prices of TV are at their lowest. You are unlikely to find those prices once this period has passed but you can try still. Especially in Chennai you've got to bargain a lot and ask price match with a valid quote/proof from others
