OLED TV's price/best quote thread

Damn. That is a great price for the 65" C9. I paid 2.6L for it in August. The prices have crashed hard. In hindsight, I should have waited till October to pickup mine :(

I got my 65 C8 for 1.9l last year end of october. If similar sale holds should get this year's model around 2. Anything above it i think is expensive considering 55 can be had for 1.3-1.4.

Thank you for guidance just remove both films from front and back , by the way just for curosity is the price i paid by me for 55b8 new piece 72000(after cashback) is best deal or not or i will get more discount if i bargain harder?

That's an excellent price for a new one. Won't get any better. Display pieces were being sold for these prices.

A quick update guys, I am using a Synology NAS server model DS214se which is basic one. Now when I run a 4K movie via Plex app via my Gigabit ethernet switch to my LG C9 the playback most of the times stutters or buffers. Initially I was using via the Wi-Fi on the TV, then hard wired with Cat6e cable so the initial hiccup has gone but still during the playback it buffers. Any other solution that I can think of here as I believe Plex is transcoding the heavy file over the LAN and the TV I believe is only just doing playback. Obviously I think my DS214se is unable to do the processing because of the lack of sufficient CPU. Any hints or else I need to get a media player to playback 4k movies with DV, HDR10 formats :(

Is it ok to buy B/C8 now? B/C9 is being touted as "future proof" by review channels on YT with the addition of HDMI 2.1 and being better with a few more improvements..?

If you can afford the price, get the 2019 models; not just for the HDMI 2.1 ports, but also bigger red subpixel on the 2019 panels, along with better aperture ratio. They'll suffer even lesser from burn-in. Do note that for now only C9 will be supporting VRR on Nvidia cards; important if you are a PC gamer.

what is lg win for sure offer that i dont get and is soundbar is also free with 55b8 ?
