OTT Streamer that can output 192khz via optical out?

Hi, so I'm looking for a OTT streamer that is capable of outputting more than the standard 44khz that most smart TVs do and preferably something along the lines of 192khz via optical out . Does something like this even exist?

P.S. have looked at the Nvidia Shield but will have to play around with HDMI audio extractors which can be a pain sometimes due to HDCP and quality issues

Bandwidth limit of TOSLink?

I’ve been looking into building a music server for the DS, and there are TOSLink cards that appear to pass 192/24-bit audio, so should be able to do DSD64 also. Is that the limit for TOSLink, or will they someday pass DSD128 and DXD? I’d like to know because it may prove far simpler/cheaper...
