also its quite far from my place so if some one who has bought it for 32.5 k can upload a copy of the invoice as it would really help me,i can try showing it to some dealers here so they might come down to near that price..
Based on my buying experience:
1. The dealer is institutional dealer/distributor and thus I believe it is very difficult to get the same price from any other dealer. But +1k is very much possible. Kris Electronics (Panasonic Brand Shop - Lajpat Nagar) gave me a rate of Rs34 thousand w/o much negotiation)
2. Dealer has an office (and not a showroom) on ground floor in a bungalow so unless you want to make an actual purchase do not go there.
3. You can take it to your home in your car(except in Maruti 800 & Maruti Zen) so distance should not be a problem.
4. Parking is a problem near dealer's office so you might have to leave someone with the car so don't go alone

I am new to the forum and seem to be late on the deal. I spoke to the dealer, he says that the stock is over and he has new stock at 33.5k, also the warranty is now only one year. Is it still a good buy? Is the warranty bit true? thanks for your help.

@test have u bought the tv or still planning.
the dealer seems to become greedy now. he thinks we HFVians have no other option. Tell him that he will be fool if he is buying newer stock at higher price. plasma/lcd rates are heading south day by day. if he is still not convinced then post here, i will talk to him my way.

vinod... i am getting at 35k with another member's help with 3 yr warranty. let me know if you would want to join in. Normal retailers (E-Zone, Pai etc. quote 38k+).

Hi! Friends, I need your help with he latest price for 42X20D in delhi. I contacted this dealer, Rajat and he quoted me 34k on mention of hifi vision. He did not sound much interested in selling. I would like to know what is the best offer for this model in delhi. Need to buy it anyplace i could get good offer.

Hi just wanted to thank this forum as i managed to buy for my parents 42x20d from the dealer mentioned at 32.5k(cash) -no issues.now iam looking for 1 set for myself in bglr- the person handling the stuff on ground level-ravi was ok with shipping them to bglr as well.if iam willing to pay for the transportation- not sure if it makes sense.any advise.
I managed to buy it from him at 32.5k in December. He came till 33.5k on the phone and agreed to 32.5k when i went to pick-up the set. Thanks for offering to help. BTW, I am really enjoying the TV, even SD content and am looking for a 50 inch now for my other room.
