Pass B1

Hi Keith,
GB is only for PCB sets(B1+LDR+power supply).I can order LDRs for lightspeed attenuator.I have already posted BOM with part no for B1.It really takes too much time and efforts for full kit.I hope everyone understands that.B1 parts are available with Element14,except 2 Axon PP caps from part connexion,and matched Toshiba Jfets from Spencer audio have to be imported.
Someone can arrange a group buy for axon caps as shipping is little high from Canada.JeFETs are $2 per matched pair and $4 shipping from Hongkong.

I'm not Keith but my humble two cents.

It would be great if components are procured centrally. We would not only save on international shipping cost but also get a better deal.

The downside is, it is lot of hard work for the organiser to segregate the kits, packing them up and forwarding them to the participants. If this thing can be outsourced, the whole idea would be worth the effort. What say guys?

Of course, all this depends on willingness on the part of organiser.

Whoa Sachin, Thank you very much for accepting my suggestion.

I'm in for the LSA kit. I'd use it to replace the stepped attenuator of my valve pre-amp and hence would be accommodating this in the same cabinet. BTW, is the power supply unit also part of the kit? I'm not sure if I can tap the existing trafo for 5-0-5 Volt supply.

Pass B1 is transparent and natural,every single review suggest that.
BTW: I will receive few sets B1+LDR+Power supply boards on Feb 2nd.I will have some extra sets.If anyone wants to get PCBs please post in this thread.
