My first post to this forum. I am basically looking for a good av receiver + bookshelf speakers pair + a Subwoofer. My pref is 80% music, 20% movies..I am inclined to buy a denon/yamaha/marantz/harman kardon/sherwood av receiver..for bookshelf speakers i am looking for polk audio/klipsch/kef speakers. Same brands for sub woofers. Most imp. thing below...THE BUDGET !!!
AV receiver - max 35k
Bookshelf speakers - max 30k
Subwoofer - max 25k
I have consulted a lot of people, went around shops but still not made up my mind...most people have stressed to buy a top quality speaker system and not invest much on the av recvr part...that has added to my confusion...i was mighty impressed by reviews of the denon x1000,2000 series of av receivers
..but sadly they are not launched in india...please help me choose a good combo.
lastly my location--: Pune,india
Mumbai is also on radar but servicing cud be a problem....
music pref - country music,jazz, hindustani classical and trance
