Pls help with decision: Denon X510 with SYS 5.1 or Wharfedale MS 65

I am a newbee here trying to setup my first HT setup. I have zeroed on Denon X510 but not sure about the speaker setup. I am getting these 2 deals. Help me choose:
1. Denon X510 with SYS 5.1 speakers = Rs 47,750
2. Denon X510 with Wharfedale MS 65+ = Rs 55K

2nd option is almost 8K costlier. Is it worth? Please help me out here.
