i'll try to post some pics of my 2 tv's when i'm back from my "long weekend" trip to goa.

yeah, i have only panny tv's so far :-( [plasma 42g10 and lcd 32lx800] and a phillips dvdp 5996. i going by "what's used most in a family route". first get what others will also use then i'll get stuff that i'll use more. so for now, after the tv's it will be a blu ray player or wireless media player/streamer, avr/ht followed by a pure 2 channel audio setup. lot's of research and savings required lol for me to reach where i want to.

Hi all,
I purchased a panasonic 42 Plasma PV8 from Vijay Sales one week back - the list pirce was 40K and i got a cash discount of 2K.
So final price : 38K.
Good deal or what !

As for the TV.. I had been reading up all the discussion in this forum and the PV8 lives up to its reputation. I am enjoying every bit of it.

I know this is not exactly related to price thread, but just wanted to check the performance of Panny LCD that you have... Has it been working fine since long (more than a year)? I am concerned @ the post warranty support, hence the question....

There is a hot deal on ebay for a LG 42" plasma at 36990 or something like that. You may want to consider that instead of a Haier LCD.

Are you sure of the 47LH90 prices u mentioned? 75k seems to be unbelievable since the MRP is 97k.
