I enquired with 2-3 dealers in Pune. I got following quote for SONY LED 32 " EX650- 44900.

I also want to exchange my Samsung LCD 32" TV purchased in Oct 2008. One of the dealer is ready for a exchange price - 36500. How is the deal? On some site like ebay and compareindia, I saw prices lower prices - 38950.

Can somebody please suggest the price range or further bargain if somebody has negotiated?

Bought from Panasonic Showroom in Bangalore(Dickenson Road) Mr. Reddy is store manager:

50ST50 ~104 (not avail till Aug 6)
50GT50 ~123 (Avail in 42" as well)

Prices from other locations for 42ST50:
Giria's at Cauvery circle - 84,000 (50" not available)
Panasonic Showroom ORR (Kamanahalli) 88,000 (50" not available)

I think it was about 15k more.

However, you should call Mr. Reddy at the Panasonic Showroom (Mgr at Cunningham Rd. Bangalore). He quoted over the phone and was very competitive even with other Pana showrooms. I found the guys at that shop quite knowledgable about models/specs as well.

That said, i had them setup a ST right below a GT. The GT50 has two features that appealed to me on paper: slightly deeper blacks and THX Calibration. I watched different types of content for a while and it was very difficult to tell the difference in black levels. The THX mode did provide a noticeable difference vs. the default Cinema True setting. However, the ST50 can be calibrated to nearly match the GT50. While proper calibration is a bit challenging, the price difference was too great, for me, to justify the GT.

Per my post on 1/8, I found the Panasonic Showroom on Dickenson Rd. to have the best price for the 50ST50 in B'lore: 1.04L.
