The VT30 is a 2011 model. It uses the IR technology and not the latest Universal RF 3D sync. Hence it is unlikely that Samsung 3D glasses (even 2011 one) will work with it. You may inquire as such as I am not 100% sure.

As per some reports, the samsung models work with the 2011 panny models if you wear it upside down

However, I have come across other manufacturers whose 3d glasses work with multiple manufacturers (xpand, sainsonic, etc)

Offer does not sound good. I got mine for 74k. DVD player is a crap (who on earth watch DVD these days) and as do Panny offer. Ask your dealer for pure TV price and don't budge down for anything above 74-76. Good Luck.
