Reliance Digital -Kochi Festival offers Sammy39EH5003

It is the Onam festival season in Kerala, and news papers are advts by electronic retailers. Reliance digital has opened in Kochi last week and is giving some attractive offers. Two of them are attractive but to me they are unusual:

1. Samsung 39 inch LED 39EH5003 - Rs. 51900/- (samsung 3d BDP of value Rs.10990/- free ) hence net price 41K

This is the first time I noticed a 39 inch LCD/LED. This model is not found on any other sites or stores. A google search leads to a lot of philippine sites.

2. Reconnect 42 inch LED RELB4202 Rs. 37990/- two year warrenty.Full HD tv with 3 HDMI, usb movie, SRS etc.

This is an in house brand of reliance digital.

Fellow members experienced with reliance digital may comment on quality of their in house brands and their service etc.

well never bought any tv from reliance digital but around a year back bought a surge protector for around 600 rupees, what I liked most is that it had individual switches for all 6 points. But later on realized that the switches are of poor quality but nevertheless still using it, relicance guys said while buying that no warranty on these items. Works fine though except some of the switches often comes out of the holes.
